What 10 minutes Yoga Stretching has helped me?
I never knew how tensed I am throughout my body and muscles I been carrying around throughout my entire life. When you’re tightened, it tends not to work well in our favour, and it can create stress and the day can drag out. For the past few months, as part of my 12 weeks challenge to create good daily habits. I have implemented Yoga stretching into my morning routine and I am seeing amazing results to destress, loosen up my aches and pains and setting my attention for the day.
It also helps to warm up my muscles for my run shortly after on the days I do fasted run/cardio before having my breakfast at around 9-10:30 am. My aim is to complete the 5K-10K distance in my fasted state to build up my stamina and burn body fat.

Totally, get into Yoga stretching in your mornings to kickstart your day, slowly make this habit part of your lifestyle and turn it into a ritual.
